Buffer contact fault
Description - Buffer contactor cannot open or close normally. Check the fault signal (SVG configuration) through auxiliary contact point. Manual recovery
Troubleshooting:
1. Check if the contactor voltage is normal
2. Check if the return signal of the auxiliary contact is normal
